6 Gaming Rules

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account via live chat or email. An opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the request is processed.

8.2 Suspension by cv998

cv998 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of a breach of the Terms.
• Failure to provide verification documents.

• A court order or legal obligation.

If closed for reasons other than a breach of terms, the valid balance will be returned.
